    Quality assistant of Quality department

    • Basic Awareness of ISO 9001:2015, 13485, GxP • Participate in audit and visits (Authority/ Suppliers/03rd parties/ internal) • Make monthly/yearly regional KPI report • Identify hazards/ problems and apply root cause analyzation for quality improvement. Initiate corrective actions and monitor implementation. • Maintain QMS: ensure all changes to be opened and follow up till close out and assess the risks which are potential impact to QMS. • Involve in internal audit to Quality Management System (QMS), risk management: Audit for compliance to SOPs (ie on papers vs in practice), Propose the quality improvements according to ISO and GxP requirements • Involve to establish/ revise procedures: Ensure that procedures and policies are appropriate, Update the procedures on time whenever changes required, Trains staffs on revised procedures, Do other jobs assigned by seniors. • Admin task: Book air ticket, hotel, purchase order in GAPIM system

    Overseas Sales Representative

    • Find and contact new customers, manage customer relationship. • Coordinate with related department to prepare and send samples as customer’s requirement. • Receive and handle customer complaint. • Process orders by using CRM, OMS, GPLM, ERP system. • Follow up inventory stock, daily production plan to estimate complete time to load and divide the orders for each port of discharge based on the space allocation. • Participate and support in client inspection before releasing goods. • Check and book space with shipping line and freight forwarders, review export documentation such as SI, VGM, commercial invoice, packing list, update the delay notice and changes from the shipping lines for trucking, provide specification and information to make customs declaration. • Daily, weekly and monthly shipment report and modify the promised date on Oracle system if the shipment is delayed • Follow up the invoices to remind customers about payment in time. • Administration task: translation, interpretation English.
